Hi! My name is Nahir Solis Moyet and I am the owner and cake designer for Premier Wedding Cakes, LLC. I am originally from Puerto Rico and grew up in Orlando, Florida. I started baking about 8 years ago when we adopted our beautiful kiddos, a sibling set of three. At the time they were just babies and I wanted to learn how to make them cakes for their birthdays just to give them something special. Over the years as they grew, their cake demands have grown... and so have my skills! I now use all the skills I've learned along the way to help others celebrate the beginning of their new lives with wedding and elegant celebration cakes. My passion is to design modern and artistic cakes customized to each couple that are just as delicious as they are memorable. I also specialize in creating amazing edible flowers and arrangements for your cake to create a show stopping installment of art for your special day.
